Wahab is the Chairman and CEO of Blue Aviation and Noor Holding. Under his leadership, the Noor Holding family office has become a major investor in companies, funds and markets across the world. He is also the founder of Capitoria and is its Chairman.

He also serves as a board member of Miami International Holdings (which owns and operates options exchanges in the US). He Wahab has extensive experience in M&A, private equity, venture capital, real estate, asset management and restructurings. In addition to being a successful entrepreneur, businessman and investor, Wahab is also a dedicated philanthropist.

Wahab served as Chairman and Managing Director of Al-Deera Holding, a company listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange which is part of the IFA consortium. He was also the founder and CEO of Univest Group and the Chairman and CEO of FASTtelco. Before that, Wahab was a Vice President at Global Investment House where he structured, analyzed, monitored and placed hedge funds and private equity funds with clients. He also worked at United Gulf Management in Boston where he assisted the management in the structuring and placement of corporate finance transactions, real estate deals and private equity portfolios. Wahab started his career in the Marketing Department of the National Bank of Kuwait.

Over the course of his career, Wahab served on numerous boards. Wahab seeded Yotel (an international hotel chain), he previously served on the boards of JetSmarter (now acquired by VistaJet), The Chart Group LP, Ithmar Capital, National Gas Company, Omniyaty, International Financial Advisors (IFA), IFA Hotels & Resorts, Abwab Capital (formerly known as Univest Capital), Bag Borrow or Steal, Yotel, BPL Global and the IFA Khaleeji Fund.

Wahab graduated from the University of San Diego in 1994 with a BA in Business Administration.

Has the ability to Achieve her comprehensive goals for the Business Growth, as there are different type of leadership, Noha believes in a very sophisticated vision which leads her to invest in people and resources, she is nurturer, Guardian and connector, a COO who is incredibly resourceful and have the capacity to maintain a large number of relationships, she respect and value logic and inspirational communications. Noha additionally holds the role of CEO at Blue Aviation Egypt, leading strategy and execution across the Egyptian market.

Jose is the Group CFO of Noor Holding and oversees all subsidiaries inclusive of Blue Aviation as a group, his experience extends to C- extensive experience in large and medium sized, national, and international organizations. Experience in diversified business from M&A, start-ups, restructuring, downsizing, family business and corporate governance. Recognized experience of strategic competencies, excellent leadership skills and recognized financial background. 35 years of professional experience in the aviation industry (25), real estate and food distribution.

Sameh is a seasoned Chief Financial Officer with over a decade of experience in aviation and financial leadership. A CPA and CIA-certified professional, he brings deep expertise in governance, financial strategy, and performance management.

At Blue Aviation, he leads financial planning and control, ensuring operational efficiency and sustainable growth while leveraging his strong knowledge of aviation frameworks, including IATA SGHA agreements.

Filipe brings over two decades of aviation experience, having started his career with the Portuguese Air Force before progressing into senior operational and entrepreneurial roles. In 2008, he founded a successful flight support and ground handling company, positioning himself as a recognised industry leader.

As Chief Development Officer at Blue Aviation, he leads strategic growth and international expansion, combining deep industry expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive sustainable development across the company’s global network.

Alex Haddad is Chief Commercial Officer at Blue Aviation, where he leads the company’s global commercial strategy, overseeing sales, business development, marketing and client experience.

With nearly 20 years of experience across commercial and business aviation, Alex brings a well-rounded background spanning operations, service delivery and commercial leadership. Prior to joining Blue Aviation, he served as Director of Sales for EMEA–APAC at Universal Weather & Aviation, where he led multicultural teams and drove strategic growth initiatives across international markets.

Throughout his career, Alex has built a strong reputation for developing high-performing teams, strengthening client partnerships and delivering sustainable revenue growth. His experience includes leadership roles at Air Culinaire Worldwide, Harrods Aviation and Emirates Airlines, giving him a deep understanding of the aviation ecosystem from both operational and commercial perspectives.
Alex holds an MBA from the University of Roehampton in London and is fluent in English, French and Arabic.

Ahmed Shamel serves as Regional Operations Director at Blue Aviation, overseeing business aviation operations across multiple locations. He ensures the seamless delivery of VIP and corporate flight services, maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and service excellence.

Ahmed plays a key role in optimising operational performance and cost efficiency while supporting the company’s strategic growth across its expanding network.
