Abdulwahab Ahmad Alnakib is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Blue Aviation, one of the leading independent providers of ground handling services for private, charter, AMC, and cargo flights operating in and out of its network — spanning five countries, beginning in Kuwait, where the company was founded, extending across the Gulf into Bahrain and Qatar, into Africa through Egypt, and into Europe through Portugal. The company's service model is tailored to each market — ranging from full ground handling operations with its own equipment at select airports, to supervision and coordination services, complemented by its own premium passenger lounges in certain locations. Under his leadership, the company has built a reputation for operational excellence and discreet, seamless service — establishing itself as a trusted partner to operators and clients across its expanding network.

An accomplished entrepreneur and investment professional, Abdulwahab brings to Blue Aviation a career defined by establishing and scaling successful enterprises. His aviation credentials run deep: he previously served on the board of XO (formerly JetSmarter), the private aviation platform later sold to VistaJet, giving him first-hand insight into the industry from both the operator and investor perspectives. He has also founded a Catering Group, complementing Blue Aviation's service offering.

Beyond aviation, Abdulwahab leads Noor Holding, his family office, and is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Capitoria, an investment platform specializing in early-stage startups and high-growth ventures. His expertise spans Investment Banking, Capital Markets, and Alternative Investments.

Abdulwahab's influence extends to the boardrooms of prestigious institutions. He serves on the board of Miami International Holdings (NYSE: MIAX), having sat on its board from the company's inception through its successful listing on the New York Stock Exchange in August 2025, and rejoined the board in June 2026. His past roles include Chairman and Managing Director of Al-Deera Holding — where he acquired and restructured FASTtelco, Kuwait's premier ISP, later sold to Ooredoo — alongside board positions at Yotel, Univest Group, The Chart Group LP, Ithmar Capital, International Financial Advisors Holdings (IFA), and numerous other companies across private equity, venture capital, and asset management.

He holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.

Noha additionally holds the role of CEO at Blue Aviation Egypt, leading strategy and execution across the Egyptian market.

Jose is the Group CFO of Noor Holding and oversees all subsidiaries inclusive of Blue Aviation as a group, his experience extends to C- extensive experience in large and medium sized, national, and international organizations. Experience in diversified business from M&A, start-ups, restructuring, downsizing, family business and corporate governance. Recognized experience of strategic competencies, excellent leadership skills and recognized financial background. 35 years of professional experience in the aviation industry (25), real estate and food distribution.

Sameh is a seasoned Chief Financial Officer with over a decade of experience in aviation and financial leadership. A CPA and CIA-certified professional, he brings deep expertise in governance, financial strategy, and performance management.

At Blue Aviation, he leads financial planning and control, ensuring operational efficiency and sustainable growth while leveraging his strong knowledge of aviation frameworks, including IATA SGHA agreements.

Filipe brings over two decades of aviation experience, having started his career with the Portuguese Air Force before progressing into senior operational and entrepreneurial roles. In 2008, he founded a successful flight support and ground handling company, positioning himself as a recognised industry leader.

As Chief Development Officer at Blue Aviation, he leads strategic growth and international expansion, combining deep industry expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive sustainable development across the company’s global network.

Alex Haddad is Chief Commercial Officer at Blue Aviation, where he leads the company’s global commercial strategy, overseeing sales, business development, marketing and client experience.

With nearly 20 years of experience across commercial and business aviation, Alex brings a well-rounded background spanning operations, service delivery and commercial leadership. Prior to joining Blue Aviation, he served as Director of Sales for EMEA–APAC at Universal Weather & Aviation, where he led multicultural teams and drove strategic growth initiatives across international markets.

Throughout his career, Alex has built a strong reputation for developing high-performing teams, strengthening client partnerships and delivering sustainable revenue growth. His experience includes leadership roles at Air Culinaire Worldwide, Harrods Aviation and Emirates Airlines, giving him a deep understanding of the aviation ecosystem from both operational and commercial perspectives.
Alex holds an MBA from the University of Roehampton in London and is fluent in English, French and Arabic.

Ahmed Shamel serves as Regional Operations Director at Blue Aviation, overseeing business aviation operations across multiple locations. He ensures the seamless delivery of VIP and corporate flight services, maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and service excellence.

Ahmed plays a key role in optimising operational performance and cost efficiency while supporting the company’s strategic growth across its expanding network.
